Selected, homogeneous in origin and moisture content, the wood is dried in computer-controlled dryers, allowing the production of material with uniform residual moisture (about 10%) and minimal changes in geometry. With the new technologies of timber joinery production, the dislocation of the profile is avoided by gluing three lamellas together.
The original beak of the company “RBB Aluminium”, has an excellent drainage part and a chute to protect the most vulnerable to moisture wooden part.
